WHAT SIZE BOXES SHOULD I USE?
Please use boxes sized 20" x 20" x 20" or smaller. Boxes larger than this drive up shipping costs.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAIL MY ITEMS?
After your items are received by a consignment specialist, they will be inventoried; You will receive a copy via email. The items will then be authenticated, photographed, and listed for sale.
WHAT IS THE PAYOUT PROCESS?
Payouts are sent via PayPal© to the email you specify. Payouts are sent weekly on Fridays.
NOTE: Shipping costs (see below) are deducted from your payout.
WHAT ARE THE FEES?
Consignment fees for this program are defined as a % of the sales proceeds. Consignment fees vary from period to period. Please reach out to inquire about the current period consignment fees.
Sales proceeds is defined as:
Total sales price MINUS Shipping costs
Total sales price is defined as:
The total price the item is sold for on covetly; Item prices displayed in the marketplace include shipping costs.
Shipping costs is defined as:
1) costs of shipping your collection to covetly for listing, and
2) costs to ship your individual items to the buyers
Any items that do not sell can be returned to you at any time (you must pay shipping costs).
